Customer Service Delay on Telephone

I'm not sure if this happens to Yola users outside the UK, but something I have noticed when calling customer services on the telephone is there seems to be a long delay once you stop speaking for customer services to then start talking.

Sometimes the second you stop talking it can take 5 seconds for customer services to start talking, so either they are thinking very hard to the answer or the telephone system is slow.

Also the music on hold stops/starts continuously.

I know this may sound petty but it's important Yola are aware of it.

However customer services are extremely polite and patient, and above all very polite.

We do at times experience a lag in calls and this can result in a delay in response or audio. It is something we are aware of and we are in the process of correcting the cause.
