Customer support is broken!

I have written e-mails to customer support five times over the last two+ days, and have posted four messages in another thread on this forum to get one simple setting changed on my domain and none of the three people who have responded thus far has been able to accomplish anything. Your touted "one of the best support teams in the business" looks to be incompetent and unresponsive.

Would someone at Yola who knows something and can actually do something take a look at this ticket: ref:00DAJYna.500A4A5GC:ref

I can't get my business away from you fast enough at this point.

Hello gkuzmowycz

I want to assure you that we are hearing you and listening to you. The reason why we are not able to fix this up immediately is because the person in our department who is able to do this for you is currently offline. As soon as this person is available, we will make sure that this gets immediate attention.

I'm sorry that we are not able to address this at this very moment and do realize the inconvenience this has caused you. We will let you know when this has been done.

Only one person in the company can fix this problem? I do not find that credible nor satisfactory. This is amateur hour.

Hello gkuzmowycz

This is a rather specialized task that only one or two people in our department can perform. I do have good news! One of the people have now just come online and was able to do this task. The domain privacy has now been removed. You should now be able to transfer your domain with no further issues.
