I emailed customer support over 2 days ago.
I requested a replacement password but the email that the system said was on it's way, didn't arrive. I have tried 3 times, then contacted customer support. The request was validated but no contact.
What am I doing wrong?
Based on the name you are using in our forum I am unable to trace your email to support as I get no matches searching on LilyL. In general I can say that if you don't receive a password reset email this is because of one of the following reasons:
1) The email account you are checking is different to the one that you signed up with. This happens if you have multiple email addresses and forgot which one you used to create your Yola account or if you accidentally mistyped your email address when you signed up.
2) The password reset email is being sent to your spam folder or was rejected by your email provider.
My suggestion is that if you have multiple email accounts that you be sure to check all of them. Also check your spam folders. If you are still unsuccessful let me know what the name or URL of your site is so that I can search for you on our system and follow up on the status of your support case.
