Hi Jeff,

What do you mean by "secure site". Are you referring to your SynthaSite being secure (ie https)?

Hi Jeff,

You would need to use Paypal in-order to process secure credit card transactions.

Hi Jeff

Just to clarify - you use our PayPal shopping cart the buyer has the choice to use either PayPal or any major credit card. The transaction takes place under https - so it is completely secure.

This is the best solution we have at this time. The other way to receive credit card payments would be to set up a merchant account, but that is expensive and complicated. PayPal takes care of it all for you.

I hope this helps - let us know if you are still unsure.

Hi Monique,

Just wondering, if someone wants to buy something from my website, will they need to have a paypal account to make purchases? Or can they just use their credit card without having to sign up to paypal?

Thanks!

Jeff

I have other questions in addition to the one above...

1) When I click on Add to Cart, it goes to PayPal. Is that what is supposed to happen? And even when I sign in, it doesn't put anything in a cart for me... it just goes to my paypal home page

2) If I do nothing at the PayPal site, and I click on View Cart, nothing is in there.

Please help!

Thanks
