Hello M4ttjh,

This effect can be achieved by using the "Custom Panel Widget". The Custom Panel Widget allows you to create unique sections on your website's pages. The Custom Panel Widget is highly customizable - you can edit the background color, the border, margins and even use a picture background.

Once you've added the Custom Panel Widget to your page, you can start adding your other widgets to it. For example, a Form Widget or an HTML Widget.

1. Drag the Custom Panel Widget onto your page (it's located in the in the Widgets menu).
2. Select a background image (from your file manager) from the options provided.
3. Go through the Border, Corners, Spacing to further customize your widget.
4. When you are finished, click "Save" in the bottom right-hand corner.

You can then drag a Form Widget into the Custom Panel Widget, look under Widgets > More > Forms.

You will be able to choose a Contact Us or a Blank form. The Blank form allows you to completely customize the form. You can add and delete, rename and move the location of your form fields. For more information on adding the Form Widget, please take a look at this link: Form Widget.

You can also use another service like Wufoo, to create custom forms.

Hello,

Yes I have tried doing all of that, but unfortunately that still doesn't seem to allow me to space the form over two columns.

What I want to achieve is something like this :

Name: Comments:

Email: Tick box:

If you see what I mean?
