Cut and paste from Authorize.net problem

I'm trying to cut and paste the html code for Authorize.net's merchant seal, but it won't paste in the html editor

Hi Donew/Clear,

I suggest trying to use Ctrl-V to paste your code.

Please let us know if you still struggle with this.

I know how to cut and paste. Obviously I did that and nothing happened. If I cut and paste in Word it works. Only when I'm trying to edit my website. And yes I am obviously in edit mode on the website.

Also, are you using the mouse to copy and paste or using the keystrokes that Sanja has suggested? The reason for asking is that it can cause a problem with pasting using the mouse instead of keystrokes.

I can use the mouse for that? I wasn't aware of that. I always use ctrl v. Isn't that what everyone does? Why didn't Sanja reply? She's been replying before.

Actually you know what? Instead of answering this question why don't you tell me how to cancel my account. This will be the second time I've tried Yola out, and the second time I'm going to cancel. The first time I actually had the Silver account which expires next month.

Oh and the tech guy of 20 years in the house says that the cut and paste info you gave is wrong about using the mouse. It does the same thing regardless. If you guys are that inept on a simple thing like that then I want nothing to do with you. I'l stick to Vendio.

As BritSAL has mentioned on this thread, we are trying to help you. As I have asked, would you mind posting your Authorize.net code here and we can test to see why it is not working for you.

With regards to cutting and pasting code, either method should work. However, some users struggle with the keystroke method which is why I suggested the alternative.
