Yola.com does not notify the user when their subscription is up for annual renewal (unlike other sites like Godaddy.com that do notify). In addition, despite notifying Yola.com in writing to cancel my annual subscription, Yola.com did not cancel my subscription. Yola.com requires the customer to click a link in a email they send to the customer to "complete the cancellation". Yola.com continued to bill me despite my written request because I failed to click the link. Failing to notify/remind the customer of annual renewals and requiring the customer to respond to an email "to complete the cancellation" are deceptive business practices intended to allow the company to bill the customer for unwanted services. It's bad business.
