Dear Staff at Yola

I am really concerned about a series of misfortunate events that have been happening with my web page. When I entered yola I was thrilled with the info you provided about all the benefits it presented. But now I am having a hard time with it. I have been posting pictures and publishing them but sometimes they just wont appear in the web. Sometimes it even says "page not found" . Sometimes it shows the old version of the page. Sometimes I refresh and they appear, and then you refresh again and the old page will show. And that is not it THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR THE LAS 6 months. I upgraded thinking it was a problem of capacity or something like that. But it is not. It goes on. My yola page is my professional card; it is very important for me. The damage that is being made (specially in this christmas time) , believe me is huge. Clients keep complaining about this. Please let me know if this problem can be solved, or else let me know how can I get a refund.

Apologies for the late reply. The Yola Support has been closed for the past week for the Christmas break. Are you still having trouble with this? If so, please can you share your URL so that we can look into this further?
