Delete an Account with a Active Subscription

I have recently fallen ill and do not want to continue using yola. I have tried to delete my account however it say i have an active subscription. I have also recieved an email alerting me that my yola bronze subscription will auto renew which is something i do not want to happen. Delete the account and stop the auto renewal?

Please help/=?

Hi Omar

I am sorry to hear that you are ill. While we want to ensure that customer's sites remain online, if you are certain that you do not wish to continue you can cancel as follows:

Log in to My Yola.
Click on "Account" in the left-hand menu.
Click on "Cancel" next to your subscription information.
Confirm that you wish to cancel.

You will then be able to delete your account. Please note that your site will go offline and you will lose the ability to manage your domain.

If you have trouble with this, please let us know.

I want to cancell my bronze account but can not seem to do this , you make it hard so you can take off more money from peoples account i want my account cancelled now.

my email is garrinnhc@gmail.com imoney comes off!
