The best way to go about solving this problem is emailing the Yola support team directly due to you needing to share private details.
I'm not sure if they will be able to recover your account but you should at least try.

Hi Kenneth,
Usually the forum is a great way to get quicker response, but when dealing with account issues such as this in my experience contacting them direct is better.
I hope you have some luck with this
