Hi All

We are in the process of deploying a new website. When we dreamed of this day, our fantasy had us doing it like a magician's slight of hand so that it would just appear like the card you had in your head!

It seems that dream isn't quite coming true. If you see weird errors when accessing Yola.com, please bear with us! We hope to up and running with a new site shortly.

I wanted to edit my page, but when I click on My Yola, it directs me to http://my.web2.prod.inet.yola.net/ & says page not found. I've tried on different browsers.

Every time I try to get on my yola to edit my website today, It says that the server has and error and that page doesn't exist. Everything else I go on besides yola is fine. What is wrong?

I can't login. I see the Log Out button beside My Yola. When I click on it, it says I logged out, but I return back, it still says Log Out. I can't find where to log in at.

Could you try clearing your cache? (See: http://www.google.com/support/account... for instructions if needed.) If this doesn't solve the problem, please let us know.

Didn't work. The button still says Log Out even though I'm not even signed in, as you can see in the photo I posted. The only way I can log in is if I manually go to https://www.yola.com/login

Did you try clicking on Log Out? What happens when you click it? Also if you clear your cookies on your browser it might be fixed. Sometimes the system gets messed up because of a cookie that is not clearing, making it think you're still logged in.

The screenshot is what it looked like when I click "Log Out". The log out button never changed to Log In, which is why I had to manually go to yola.com/login However, I just tried again, and now see a Log In button. Seems fine now :-)

Hello Southern Belle

I cannot replicate the error you report on my side, so it seems to be an issue related to your browser. Please make sure to clear both your cache and your cookies. Also try a different browser to compare.

Please let us know if the problem should persist. Then we will need to investigate more deeply. Thanks.
