DES Settings on a Yola website

We have set-up an e-path account for our Yola website. We are starting to receive online orders, but the credit card numbers are not coming through. We asked e-Path to check in to this problem, and they said our DES setting needed to be changed to "online order" instead of "credit card." I have looked all over the payment options screen on yola and cannot find anything...what is a DES setting and how do we change this?

Yola doesn't offer a secure server for such transactions. You shouldn't use Credit Cards over this system.

Most Web customers know that they should look for the https in the URL and the lock icon in their browser when they are making a transaction. So if your storefront is not using HTTPS, you will lose customers. But even still, it is common to find Web sites that collect money including credit card data over a plain HTTP connection. This is very bad.

HTTP sends the data collected over the Internet in plain text. This means that if you have a form asking for a credit card number, that credit card number can be intercepted by anyone with a packet sniffer. Since there are many free sniffer software tools, this could be anyone at all. By collecting credit card information over an HTTP (not HTTPS) connection, you are broadcasting that credit card information to the world. And the only way your customer will learn it was stolen is when it's maxed out by a thief.

If e-Path offer a secure server as a proxy for the transactions then the requirements for this process would be with them and wouldn't be managed by Yola at all. The DES setting seems very complex and reasonably specific or rather a specific requirement to the system you are using so your best advice would be through e-Path I feel.
