Did I pay for Yola Mail or not?

I thought I paid for Yola Silver with Yola mail, but I cannot access it. I checked both the private registration and Yola mail when I was checking out, but I cannot find a way to access it.

Yola Silver doesn't come with Yola Mail. That's something you have to buy extra.

Yes that was what I meant when I said I checked both the private registration [box] and Yola mail [box] when I was checking out, but I cannot find a way to access it.

Hello Jason,

Yola Support will be able to check the records for you on their return on the 2nd January and advise you of the status.

If you have your payment record this may help from your side to know if money was paid from your account for these services.

With regard to your domain privacy setting: In our system I can see that this has been set up. You can check it youself on the public who.is website: http://who.is/whois/gas4ccc.org/

Your Yola Mail: There seems to be an error in your account. I've brought it to the attention of one of our engineers. For the meantime, you can use this workaround to access your Yola Mail:

  1. On your My Yola dashboard, click on "Domains" on the left hand side.

  2. Click on "Advanced settings" next to your domain (right hand side).

  3. Click on "Set up e-mail for your domain" if not opened automatically.

  4. Click on "Check inbox" to access your Yola Mail inbox or "Manage mailboxes" to get an overview with more options.

I've just checked your account again using the workaround I suggested to you above. I'm afraid that not even my workaround will help you at the moment because there is a constant error message.

I've brought this to the attention of one of our engineers to sort it out. I'd like to ask you for a little more patience and hope to be able to solve this problem for you as soon as possible.

It has been 7 days and I have not heard anything from Yola about our email setup issue.
