Hi Leonard

It looks as if you have encountered a network glitch. I have gone to your website and I am able to see it in my browser.

Can you please refresh your browser page and let me know if you are still having trouble seeing your site?

Thanks so much!

Hello Leonard - it could be that the error page is cached on your side, can you try clearing your cache: http://www.google.com/support/account... or you can try using a different browser/computer. I've just gone to your site, it's definitely up so I think it may be something isolated to your machine/connection.

Hello Leonard - could you try another computer on another network so that we can see whether the problem lies with Yola or a setting on your side? If it doesn't work, could you let us know where you are located?

If you have other sites with the same problem, please could you post the URLs here so that we can take a look.

Hi Leonard

Thank you for letting us know you are still having trouble seeing your site. Is it possible for you to go to an internet cafe to see if the problem persists? We would like to troubleshoot and check if there are problems with your network or internet service provider.

Please keep us updated. In the meantime, we are able to see your website online.

Thanks
Nazlie

Hello Leonard

We're glad to hear that you were able to see your site at the internet cafe! Are you using a firewall at home? Perhaps try disabling that to see if that helps? You may also need to contact your ISP to see if they might be able to assist.

Hello Leonard,

I am sorry you are still having this problem.

Would you be able to tell me how you are connecting to the internet at your house?

Are you by any chance using a third party web accelerator? If you are could you please try accessing your site without using this.

Many thanks for working with us on this.

Hi Leonard
Have you checked with your internet service provider to see why you may be having this problem from your home connection? I see that Sanja has asked this question earlier in this thread.
Is there a way you can connect to the internet without using the cable connection, e.g. using 3G?

Thank you
Nazlie

I hope your ISP will be able to help! Other thing you could also check is if you have any blocking programs such as anti-virus, spam blocker, ad blocker, etc.. and try disabling those as well.

Thanks Leonard. One more thing you can check is whether you have added any add-ons or plug-ins to your browser recently, that could prevent you from seeing your website online. Have you tried using a different browser to see if you get the same result?
