Differing payment amounts confuses website owner

I received an email from Yola saying my renewal was one price, then when I clicked through to renew, it put the price up by £5.00.

There's no breakdown of the amounts to indicate why it's been added. Support haven't got back to me.
Any ideas anyone?

Diane from our support team replied to you yesterday to explain the charges. I am sorry you did not receive her response. Please check your spam folder to see if it got routed there.

I apologize for any confusion. In the screenshots the first amount is for your domain and the second is for your hosting package. They are two different subscriptions which is why the price differs. However, both amounts are correct.
