Hi, can someone help me transfer a "non-yola" site to Yola? I am a business person with super poor web skills. But need to get my arms around my site in an environment where I can control it.

Scope of work involves importing content, images and other details from an existing web site and importing it into a Yola web frame work; Educating me on what I can do to manipulating content; helping me as my site evolves...I have plans for a blog, some UGC, video blog and a cart.

Let me know.

Hi Matt,

If you want to have your site transferred to Yola by the system (automatically), unfortunately that is not possible.

But, if you want someone to help you move stuff over from the non-Yola site to Yola, maybe another Yola customer on this forum will be willing to help you.

I would love to help you with this, but since I don't have a lot of time, I'm not able to.

Kind regards,

Hello Matt,

Taking Nathan's lead I'm happy to work with you on this project.

If this is the way you wish to go can you let me know your original site's web address? I can have a look at it and get my head around what the needs may be and interpret it with a yola perspective..

The user generated content may be the limiting aspect but can tell you on seeing your ideas.

Hello Matt

Creating your website with Yola is easy and designed for people who don't have any programming knowledge. It's very kind of Gop if he helps you getting started. You will also find help on our huge knowledge base in the help centre.
