Help with payments

The below mentioned prompt happens when ever a customer tries to us the yola open bag check out during the 2 phase of check out I have worked with paypal and they say to deactivate my sandbox and it will be ok IT still isnt its on your end Not paypal. We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com.

Hi raspeace,

Is this happening as you try to make a direct purchase of service from Yola or with a PayPal Single Product, PayPal Product Catalogue, PayPal Donation Collection or the Online Store on your Yola built website?

Where in the process does the notification occur? On your store site as they click on the PayPal associated button; when the customer is filling in their details or when they are returned back to your site?

Hopefully this will shortlist the problem area.
