Disappearing emails on Yola Mail

All my emails in my inbox just suddenly disappeared!! What happened to them, I didn't click delete or anything, just went from inbox, looked in another folder and came back to inbox to find it empty - help, I need those mails!

AND why do you make it so difficult to get any kind of direct help from you, where is the service contact information, the fact that I have to get a new account with Get Satisfaction or give them all my details by logging in with FB is just crazy, what happened to customer service???? Very very disappointed in the direction you guys are heading, used to be good ....

If you need direct help from Yola, you can email them at support@yola.com from the email you registered with your Silver package purchase. If you only have a free website and not a Silver package, you can find many answers and ask questions here in the COMMUNITY SUPPORT forums where Yola employees also frequent and help Yola users. You can also go to this page: http://www.yola.com/support and view options for help there.
I have Yola Mail, but I do not use the web interface with it, so I'm afraid that I can't give any advice or suggestions on what to do, but I'm sure someone with some knowledge about the Yola Mail service will be along shortly to lend a hand and figure out the issue.

Hello Caroline.

As Peach has already mentioned, you can send an email to support@yola.com. In the meantime, have you tried clearing your cache?

You may also like to upgrade your Javascript and Flash.

It may also help to mention on that email what browser and operating system you are using.

This is happening to me as well as other problems, and Yola's customer service said they had to look into and still have not gotten back to me, believe me I'm getting a refund. I would rather have my gmail which has no problems ever.
