I was able to find your account in our system, but as you have quite a couple of sites with us, we will still need to know on which site your Online Store is in order to be able to check it and assist you further. Please also provide the name of the page where your Store is on.
When you say "icons", do you mean the thumbnail preview pictures of your products on the website?
