where within the widget for on line store can I implement the discount codes.
I have just purchased the on line store so as to be able to add discount codes. The only problem is I can't seem to find where to do it. I can set up catalogue and products, shipping and payment but that seems to be the limit.

Any help appreciated

You will have to change the pathway to get there a little because Yola's implementation goes via a slightly different route.

The easiest way is to tgo to

My Yola>Online Store>Advanced Settings>System Settings>Promotions.

There you should see Discount Coupons.

LOL

No hanging about here, thank you I'll give it a go now. One problem I have found is it doesn't really cater for UK. In that the postage adjustments have nothing for UK.

It does. You can change your currency to virtually any you wish.

System Settings>General> Formats & Units.

Sorry. Mis-read. You are correct. The UK postal service (Royal Post)doesn't have an online API for postage. Many hundreds of people have noticed this. Not too hard to over come though.

You can either set a regional postage rate covering your over-all postage costs or set up a customised postage plan using Zones. This requires a grid type matrix you need to obtain from the post office from where you will despatch your items, because it does depend to some extent the place of origin.

Postage isn't a problem I'll add in price and have free postage sorted.

Now what about the fact I can't seem to get beyond MY Yola>Online Store

The video crystal ball isn't working. Can you do a screen shot or a description of what you are seeing?

No.

Not a problem as I checked my own store and see what I think is the same. the perpetual loading animation?

Guessing this is related to some maintenance or similar with Yola or Ecwid?

Message: "We're very sorry for this inconvenience and realise that your time is valuable. We suggest that you call back later. " For our US customers: "Have a nice da..ay!"

No don't think what I am seeing is maintenance related, it just doesn't have the options that you pointed out earlier.

I'll figure out how to do a screen shot

OK. I understand. You have to add one product to allow you to go ahead.

Add anything you like and include a price and a weight. You can delete it later.

Click on the Blue Button and fill in the fields.
