Why does my Yola website only display older photos stored on the Yola file manager, but not newer photos?

Hi GW, this could be because of a few reasons:
1.
Problem:You didn't upload the new photos.
Solution:Upload the new photos.

2.
Problem:Your browser cache is still displaying the old ones.
Solution:Clear your cache. Instructions for that is Here

3.
Problem:You didn't select the new photos.
Solution:Select the new photos from the file manager.

4.
Problem:You didn't update/publish your site or Yola failed to update it.
Solution:Republish the site.

5.
Problem:You have done everything and it still wouldn't change.
Solution:Contact Yola support, it might be their problem.

Hope these help,
Kevin

Thanks, Nathan!

Now, if we could take it one level up. The problem arises when I use HTML to get the photos, not when I use the Yola picture app. I can not get the photo with my HTML, despite being able to get the photo with the Yola picture app. The URL I am using to get the picture is http://www.mygroup.org/resources/Pict.... I know I am using the correct URL because it works for the older pictures. I have cleared my cache, my cookies, refreshed the site and killed a whole bunch of brain cells trying to figure this out.

Actually, Kevin answered that one :)

I see the problem, though. You need to get the picture name in the file manager plus the extension. If the extension is .png then you have to put .png If it is .jpg then you have to put .jpg etc.

Is www.mygroup.org your Yola website URL?

In the HTML, instead of putting a domain in front, just put resources/Picture.jpg in the HTML like this:

<img src="resources/Picture.jpg" />

Please let me know how this goes.
