I tried to find this exact problem w/ Disqus in the files and couldn't find it.
I've followed the steps outlined on Disqus and in previous threads and still cannot get it to install.

This is the message I am getting when I copy & paste the HTML on my blog page:

We were unable to load Disqus. For more information please see our documentation on identifier and urls. We encountered the following error(s):
Could not connect to URL: "http://sitebuilder.yola.com/restricte..." (error was "HTTP Error 403: Forbidden")

Can someone please tell me what this means and what to do?
Thank you,

Hi,

When you preview your site and click on the blog title, you may see this message: "We were unable to load Disqus. If you are a moderator please see our documentation on identifier and urls..." - please don't worry about that. You just need to publish (or republish) your site and you will see the comment box working on your published site.

OK, Brianna. I'm new to this and some times things just don't make sense. When I look at the blog using Firefox, I can see the comment box with no problem. I can't see it using Google Chrome and I get that above message when I am on Yola editing my website.
Thanks for your input,
Adrianne

Hi fibroanddisability

Brianna is currently offline, but we may be able to help you.

Please share your site and we can take a look. It is possible that there is a caching issue on Chrome and you may need to clear the cache to see your comments box.

You can follow the steps in this this link to do so: Clearing cache to see if that helps.

Please note that you will see the error if you view your page from the Sitebuilder. You will need to go to your published site to see the comments box.

Nazlie ~~ Thank you for your reply. Clearing my Chrome cache did the trick. I can see the comment box on both Chrome and Firefox now.
Thank you so much!
You guys are great,
Adrianne
