Hi Leonardo

The error you are seeing is because your name servers first need to be configured at oliverhost.com. Once that is done, we will be able to point your domain records there.

Let us know when the name servers have been configured.

Thanks

To configure I appears that I have to configure the dns domain first.

Hi Leonardo

This is actually a requirement by Registro. Before the registrar is allowed to point the name server records to a new DNS provider, they have to check that the domain is already configured to handle DNS queries. So first you need to go to oliverhost.com and create a DNS zone for your domain. You can start by just adding a record for www. Once the DNS zone is configure, then the registrar can change the name server records to point to your new DNS host.

I hope this helps.
