A client of mine purchased a domain - smyrna-uk.co.uk from you, having logged into his account there is no domain showing so can not change his name servers. I have verified the DN is with yola on TUCOWS however I cant sort his site until can access his domain control panel ....

This domain smyrna-uk.co.uk is definitely purchased through us. I can see the domain in the My Yola page. I've attached a screenshot of this.



Perhaps, can you try using a different browser to see if that helps? Please let me know if you're still unable to find the domain.

Also, can you please let me know why you are wanting to transfer the domain away? We would appreciate any kind of feedback as this will help us to improve our product and service.

I have again tried this now using google chrome and IE8 - and still shows as "You currently have no domains" - Can you advise

I may know - there may be duplicate log in accounts - can you advise first half of the email account used to log in to where this domain is held?

and the lack of response on this would be why my client has chosen to leave YOLA
