i want ot change my DNS nameservers to a new host. Yola asks for IP addresses as well - why? i have never been asked to put this info in before and as my new host company says - their IP addresses change frequently anyway - so if i ping the nameserverds and get their addresses - these are only temporary anyway. Any body got any ideas?

Hello Martin

I'm afraid that we don't do dynamic IP addresses. You will need to fill in the required information to make pointing your domain away work.

You could also transfer your domain to your other registrar.

Would you mind sharing with us why you want to point your Yola-bought domain away and don't publish a Yola website to your domain?

You can change your DNS name servers to a new host . For this process, your ip address is necessary . To retrieve your ip address, just enter your website name using ping test (http://www.whoisxy.com/t3resultpage.a...) and get your website ip .
