Hi Bryant,

I suspect that your domain may be suspended due to the new ICANN verification requirements however I was unable to find an account for the email address associated with the forum. Can you please reply with your website address so I can confirm this?

Hello Bryant

Thank you for this information. According to your system, Laura had the right suspicion and your domain has been suspended by ICANN. But don't worry, you will be able to restore it easily.

I can see that you used an e-mail address specific to the domain to register the domain. I wouldn't recommend doing that as you now won't have access to that e-mail address to sort out the issue.

Please change the domain registration e-mail address in your My Yola to an e-mail address you always have access to, such as a free gmail or yahoo address. Once the change is made you will receive an e-mail to your new e-mail address in order to confirm this change and with further instructions to restore your domain. Here are steps:

  1. Log into your Yola account.

  2. Click on "Domains".

  3. Click on "Advanced Settings" next to the domain name.

  4. Go to "Edit your domain registration info".

  5. Change the email address to one you have access to.

  6. Click "Update details".

  7. You will receive an email from Yola at the new email address. Please check your Spam and Junkmail folders! Follow the instructions and click on the link in the email.

  8. It will redirect you to a page to verify your new email address. Check the box to agree to the Terms.

  9. Click "Submit" to validate the change.
