I received an email requesting me to pay for my Domain Registration, that it is apparently coming to an expiry date. It has no company name on it - very generic. Is this from Yola or some other company that I am meant to trust? It feels like a con. Can anyone help me, please?
When I check your account, I can see that you have one custom domain with us, and that it only expires in July next year. So it's very unlikely that Yola sent you a reminder to renew your domain. If you had to renew your domain, you would also see a light blue reminder box in your account.
Does the e-mail mention the domain name you should renew? If so, please forward this e-mail to our e-mail support using email@example.com. We will then need to investigate if there is attempted fraud. Thanks.
