Hello Viriginia

I'm sorry to hear that Yola isn't suited to your needs.

To delete your account:

1. Log into your account.
2. On the "My Sites" page click on the link that says "Edit Profile".
3. Click on "Delete my account", this is a red box on the right hand side of your screen.
4. Click on "OK" and your account details, and any sites you created, will be permanently deleted from our system.

Please get back to me if this does not work for you. If you are willing to share with us why you have chosen to close your account, we would be most grateful for your feedback.

Hi jacsusabra,

Thank you for supplying your domain name. Yola's Terms of Service state that there is a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid services, however this does not apply to domain name registration, other domain name services, Yola Premier, Fotolia Image credits and for already redeemed credits.

As per these terms we are unable to offer you a refund for your domain. The domain will remain your property until it expires, and you can continue to host it with Yola or transfer it to a new registrar if you prefer. For details on how to transfer, please see our Tutuorial: Transfer your domain to a new domain registrar.

Please let us know if you have any further questions!

Thanks,
Jackie
