Do yola consider their customer's expectations?

As a student of Computer science and engineering, i need a personal website so that i choose yola as my service provider. But the rate of the domain registration seems to me higher as a student from Bangladesh(a developing country) who have a limited income source. I think yola will consider the limitations of their subscriber. As so i expect a reduced price for the students and i think thus yola will encourage more people to build their own website to be supreme.

Thank you

Hello SHOHAG,

We understand your pricing concerns and how this may affect you, especially as a student. We definitely consider our customers' expectations, and constantly evaluate whether we are marketing our product to the best of our abilities and getting the best value for these services. This is to ensure that we can continue to provide a place for you to build your website.

Although our domain pricing may be more expensive than others, we still believe we offer a tremendous value when you consider the hosting, extensive Sitebuilding tools available, and award-winning support services included.

I do understand your position though, and I think I may have a solution for you. Please send an email at support@yola.com (with "SHOHAG" in the subject line) so we can assist you further.
