Do you really offer HELP if needed? Practically every other provider does NOT give any help whatsoever.

Hello there,

I've read your message, which I like. BUT all providers, but one, did never react to a HELP-question or to remarks or criticism; all the others claiming to be willing and ready to help you whenever needed, ignored every question or remark. Blogger did not react; punt.nl did not react; skynet did not react, wordpress didn't and so forth and so on. Only web-log.nl gave more than once a reaction. Not that it did help in any way.
I do manage some 50 culture websites, in the Netherlands, in Belgium, some international ones (in English) and one in the German-speaking areas.

I certainly would like to share most of my articles on cultural subjects on (a) Yola-website(s).

I was invited to be an editor for Wazzup. I pointed out to them that their texts in Dutch are full of mistakes. I never got an answer or reaction; the invitation will be put aside by now, I guess. These experiences do create an important and sometimes even a breathtaking or heart-aching part of a modern 'illness' : lack of real communication.

How would YOLA react to this, my statement?

Hello there,
so what exactly are you want to know? If it is Yola's customer support, then Yola has the best I've seen in the industry. If you are talking about people to help with different languages, I'm not to sure about that. There is people here which speak more than one (I speak German 1st and English 2nd) and so on. Hopefully this is what you were looking for.

NEIN, ich möchte nur wissen, wie ich es erklärt habe, ob man da auch wirklch geholfen wird, weil kaum ein andere Provider reagiert wenn man Fragen stelt, Hilfe braucht, oder auf Fehler im System hinweist.

I am sorry to hear that you have had poor experiences with other services on the internet, and I can fully understand how this would make you suspicious of any web based service that claims to offer help and support.

However, the only evidence I can offer for our willingness to offer support to people building websites with Yola is our track record with our customer community. You can browse this forum to see the participation by Yola employees as well as Yola Champs (ordinary Yola users who go out of their way to help).

The other way to find out is just to test us and see. Do you have a question, comment, criticism, suggestion etc about website building with Yola? Just go ahead and post and then make up your own mind based on the quality of response you receive.
