Hi Zulhaswadi

You can upload a file to your file manager and then place that file on your website for others to view. You can do this by going to your content on your right hand side and selecting the file icon. It will then ask you for your file. Input your file and then it should show up. Be sure to update your site afterwards so that it's available to the public.

There are various ways of doing this, depending on what type of file you want to embed in your page:

For a spreadsheet:

There is a way to add spreadsheets with Google Docs so that it's displayed on the page:

1) Create or upload your spreadsheet to Google Docs.
2) Publish the spreadsheet in Google Docs, you should get a toolbar opening on the right-hand side, click on "More publishing options".
3) A dialogue box will open, change the File Format to "HTML to embed in webpage", choose the rest of the options you want and generate URL.
4) Copy the code provided.
5) Go back to your Yola, drag and drop an HTML widget onto the page and paste the code into the HTML editor and press "OK".

For a Powerpoint Presentation
You can embed your slideshow onto your site using http://www.slideshare.net. Follow the steps to register and upload your presentation, then click to view the slideshow on SlideShare.

On the right of the slideshow player, you'll see a text box called Embed into your blog, with code in it. It should look something like this
`<!-- <object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" data="..." width="425" height="348"> <param name="movie" value="..." /><:/object>` -->

Copy the code and then follow these steps on Yola:

1) Drag-and-drop an HTML widget from the sidebar on the right onto your page (the icon for this is a blue sphere).
2) An HTML editor will open up that will allow you to write or paste your code (use right-click > paste or ctrl-V to paste).
3) When you are done, click "OK" and you will see the way that the HTML displays on your page.

There is also a way to add slideshow presentation with Google Docs so that it's displayed on the page:

1) Create or upload your presentation to Google Docs.
2) Click on 'publish' on the Google Doc.
3) A new dialogue box will open, change the settings to suit your requirements.
4) Copy the code provided.
5) Go back to your Yola, drag and drop an HTML widget onto the page and paste the code into the dialogue box and press OK.

I hope these suggestions help. Let us know if you have any questions about the instructions.
