Hi Ernst,

You certainly can add pictures using the Text Widget and then view the HTML code of that Text Widget. After adding the picture, click on the HTML button in the text editing toolbar to see the HTML code.

Please let us know if it does not work for you.

Thanks Marije for commenting, I insert the text widget > go to link> to file > choose
my picture >> O.K and nothing is happening. What do I do wrong?
Regards
Ernst

Hi Ernst,

Seems to work well for me - could you confirm which browser you're using? (I'm in Firefox). These are the steps I'm taking:

1.Add Text Widget and click in it to activate.
2. Click on "Insert Image" icon in the text toolbar, select the image from the File Manager and it's added in the Text Widget.
3. Once added, make sure that I've clicked in the Text Widget so that it's active and I can see the text toolbar. Click on the HTML button in the text toolbar and the HTML editor will open.

Please come back to us if those are the steps you are following.

Thanks Marije, its working now perfect, lets blame it on an unstable connection.
