Does Microsoft Outlook have something unique about their Form sending?

I have a Comment/contribute form on my website, and it tests perfectly from my site and from another.
But I've had two reports from visitors who say that when they press the Submit button they are returned to a blank form.
The form is home-cobbled with HTML functions and I've checked the syntax and everything but can't fault it. Both the people are using Microsoft Outlook for e-mail, while I use Incredimail. Can anyone tell me if they can spot a problem that may cause this?

Hi Phillip,

This is a bit out of my depth and I didn't uncover any relevant information in the Google searches I did. Hopefully someone else in the community can hop in with some more information.
