Cannot believe it was a year ago on 1 December since I upgraded to Yola Pro.

I have not been notified yet though that renewal is due or how to do it. I also cannot find any renewal links on my account pages.

Also I have not yet used my Premium Style credit. Will I loose that when my account is renewed?

Time certainly does fly! We are currently overhauling our subscription mechanism and as such Silver renewals are not currently available. However, we are happy to tell you that as a loyal customer, this is entirely to your advantage!

We really value your charter membership in our Yola Pro package and for this reason, when we released Yola Silver, we automatically upgraded all of our original Yola Pro customers!

In addition, your Yola Silver membership is not expiring. It has been extended until further notice at no cost to you! Once renewals are available we will communicate with you well in advance to let you know about this.

Your premium style credit will not expire.
