I transfer a domain to yola, and I received an email saying transfer denied, when I go back again to proceed with transfer is asking me for a domain purchased when I already paid. I need to solve this as soon as possible my domain is expired.
The rules on domain transfer become complex near or during expiration.
You can't transfer an expired domain. You will need to resurrect it with your original registrar then wait 60 days before allowed to transfer it to another. These are ICAN rules and out of the control of any registrar.
There are alternatives but these are even more prolonged and risky and may cost you a lot depending on your original registrar.
You may consider buying a completely new domain which would allow immediate use. You would, however, lose the obvious continuity with your familiar followers and possibly your established domain brand.
