Hi Ace,

this can take some time as there is no guarantee of indexing within a stated period. Typically a couple of weeks and occassionally a few months. Indexing is totally independent of hosting and Yola have no input into the indexing by Search Engines they do however produce a number of facilities within the builder to optimise this.

Your best bet is to keep adding information to your site and this will most likely spike the interest by the search engines.

Have a look at the SEO Tutorials here and see what else you can do to give it your best shot.

Hi Ace

I have checked your account details and can confirm that your email address is correct on our system and payment for your domain has been captured.

Gop has given you some good tips on how to get your site noticed by the search engines, but it can take some time. A lot of it is dependent on how often you add new content to your site, as he said.

I see that you have social media buttons on your home page. If you have the Facebook, Twitter and Google accounts linked to these buttons, I would suggest you use your social media pages to promote your site. For example, adding a status update or an article to your Facebook page or "like" someone's status update so that people can see you are active and click your home page too. This drives traffic to your site.

Let us know if you need more help or advice on how to get your site noticed online.

Thanks Nazlie & Gop for your information
I guess the search engine is slow like the first computer
This I'm sure will frustrate many customers.

As for my payment. Is the free yola one year offer tagged in front of my
two year payment???? Cause I was not clear on that arrangement.

Hi Ace

Yes, it can be frustrating to wait for the search engines to find your site. However, there is a lot you can do to get your site noticed and that is part of the fun of having a site online :)

When you say "one year free" do you mean the GBYO program? I have checked your account information and see that you are not on the program.

Was not clear on GBYO program, I was asked to make a payment.
Where can I read up on this? Can you still apply this to my account?

Hello Ace,

You would need to sign up through here: http://www.gybo.ca and create a new account with a new email address. Then, you can claim your free domain for the first year.

I hope that makes sense. Let us know if you have further questions.
