Hi Micky

Sorry to hear about the accidental account deletion! I notice you do have an active account with us with the domain: www.easysolarsystems.co.uk. Is this the one you are referring to?

If so can you tell me where it "doesn't show your domain properly"? It could be a technical issue related to the fact that you deleted and then recreated the account, in which case I am going to need to get technical assistance to get things back on track. As it is the week end the earliest I will be able to get help from the relevant person is Monday. However, I am confident that we will be able to restore your domain to your account.

Hi Micky,

It appears that you have 2 accounts with us. You have purchased your domain in a different account and since then have deleted. However, since the domain was purchased through us, you are able to still use this with your current site and publish it. In order to have domain management, you need to have access to the account through which your domain was purchased.

Since both accounts were registered under the same email address, it is not possible for me to undelete the original account. What I have done for you was transfer your domain into your current account.

You should now have access to the domain management settings for your domain.

It may take a bit of time for the domain to transfer in. Please let us know if you don't see your domain in your domain settings.
