God Day Sir/Madame.

My domain delos-dolphins-jewellery.com has recently expired and when i tried to renew it, the site informed me that :

** The following domains have expired and are no longer renewable:delos-dolphins-jewellery.com

Could you be so kind of giving me a solution and the current status of the domain name?

I looked it up and this is why you can't renew.

Current Registrar: TUCOWS DOMAINS INC.
Lock Status: redemptionPeriod

Not sure how long that will last but is part of the process before the name is returned to being available. Then it is first come first serve.

Maybe Yola staff has some suggestions to help you know exactly when lock status will expire.

The lock status tends to last approximately 30 days. It's worthwhile to begin checking the availability of your domain regularly after 2 weeks or so. I hope you are able to recover your domain UNP.
