Hi, I'm a web developer and one of my clients has a domain with you.

I went to point the domain to my hosting server today for his new website but found it wasn't under his domains on his Yola account. A quick WHOIS check shows that it expired on 2nd September, so we are past the 30 day renewal period.

It's important that we get this domain name registered again, my client is the owner of a gym and his website address is printed on signs, advertisements, business cards etc. so he cannot afford to let it go and get a similar domain.

Is there anything you can do to help us renew it, or, when we will be able to register the domain again and how to do so without somebody else getting their hands on it.

The domain is thefithub.co.uk.

Thanks for your time,

Ian.

Hello Ian

The good news is: The domain is still renewable. All you need to do is log into your client's Yola account, go to his My Yola, click on "Domains" in the grey menu bar, and then click on the "Try to renew" link next to the domain name. This will take you to check-out where you can renew the domain.

Let me know if you have any questions.

The domain doesn't show up, I can only see a different domain my client has recently registered.

Then you must be in the wrong account - in the account that I logged in there was only one domain name, and it was the one you mentioned above. Please try a different e-mail address.

I've checked with my client and he says that the domain was from that account he gave me access to. Can you tell me if the account you can see the domain uses the email d.*e***m@hotmail.com? (* to hide full email of my client)

Hello Ian

The Yola account that inlcudes the domain name was created within the GBBO programme (Getting British Business Online), and the login e-mail address is ...@live.co.uk. This is all I can tell you. Please try all possible e-mail addresses to log into your account. If you can't make it, your client will need to send us an e-mail using our Contact Support Form for further assistance as we cannot deal with this on our public Support Forum.
