Domain hosting and loss of silver status

Hi - I previously upgraded to silver status and need to contact you about my domain hosting. However I am now showing as bronze status and, as a result, keep being told that I can't receive a personalised response. Please let me know who I can email to resolve this. It is a matter of urgency as I thought my domain hosting had transferred to you but the previous company is now contacting me about renewal and I need an IP address from yola to get it sorted. Many thanks.

I'm sorry for the problems you're experiencing. I wasn't able to track your Yola account in our system by the e-mail address you use for this forum.

As a Yola Bronze customer you should actually not get the auto-response, provided you e-mail us from the e-mail address associated with your Yola account. To keep your privacy, please send us your request again, using your login e-mail address for our system to connect you with your Yola account, and we'll be happy to assist you further via e-mail.
