However I am now showing as bronze status and, as a result, keep being told that I can't receive a personalised response. Please let me know who I can email to resolve this. It is a matter of urgency as I thought my domain hosting had transferred to you but the previous company is now contacting me about renewal and I need an IP address from yola to get it sorted.
