I just got an email about my automatic renewal didn't work, because payment authorization failed. I clicked "renew your domain name now" and I can't see how I'm supposed to that through that page. Help would be much appreciated.
First you will need to check your payment methods and update them. When clicking on "renew your domain name now", you should be prompted through the steps. What happens on your end when you click that link?
