Hello Sheri

I'm sorry to hear that you don't wish to go on using your domain. You can downgrade to Yola Free and use a yolasite subdomain, but using a yolsite subdomain is less individual, credible and easy to remember, it can have an impact on your search engine performance, and visitors who only know your custom domain, may not be able to find your website on the internet any more.

Your domain is still running until July 2013. If you'd like to go on using it, you will just need to renew your Yola Bronze hosting package, which is the option I recommend. To do that, click on "Account" in the left-hand side menu of your My Yola, and then on "Upgrade" next to your hosting package to repurchase Yola Bronze.

If you'd still like to renounce your custom domain and publish to a yolasite subdomain, this is the easiest way to do it:
  1. Open your Yola website which is published to your domain in the Yola Sitebuilder.

  2. In the upper menu bar, click on "Site" and choose "Site Settings".

  3. In the "Publishing" box, click on "Un-publish Site".

  4. Go back to the Sitebuilder, and re-publish your website to a yolasite subdomain by clicking on the Publish to the Web button in the top right corner.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
