Some place I read help is available 24/7 for problems. I am shut down since I lost connection with phone in Cape Town Customer Help on Friday Aug 12th. They had my website open and I'm wondering if they did not log off. I cannot access any sitebuilding links or pages to try to recover my original www.melotimes.com website. Senior Community Support Specialist Sanja replied to my request very fast but I cannot get to the place she recommended "Advanced Settings" to "Add an existing domain". I recoil when I think of anyone seeing that awful "skull and crossbows" style I was only experimenting with for my 2nd "MillieMae Twice but Nice" website and had no intentions of changing my beautiful style on www.melotimes.com. Please help me get rid of the 2nd website completely....gone...erased. Thank you. Get back my melotimesmontanasapphires which was already indexed and now can't be found in any SEARCH..

Hi Melba,

Sorry to hear of the issues you had with the phone connection to our call center. I do see melotimesmontanasapphires.yolasite.com is still published and live on the web but it does not appear to be indexed.

Melotimes.com is also published to the web but redirects to mel-o-timesmontanasapphires.com as the primary domain. The instructions Sanja provided must be accessed via your MyYola account which you have full access to when logged into your account regardless of if a support representative has accessed it as well on your behalf.

Regarding changing your style, you must do this from your Sitebuilder by going to Style>Change.

If you are still struggling to log in to your account, please let us know and tell us what specifically is happening as it should not be related toyour support call on Friday.
