I recently renewed my bronze membership, and my domain, and my website was still not coming up. I emailed Yola and they said that I had renewed the wrong domain name. I don't understand how that happened to begin with since the one I want is set as my primary. Yola replied and recommended that I unpublish my website, and then republish it to a 'Yola-purchased' domain, which leads me to believe that I need to purchase the correct domain name all over again. My website hasn't even been published to the domain that I purchased, it hasn't been up since I made the payment at all. Is there anyway I can switch the domain name over without having to purchase a whole new domain name?
