I've been triyng to transfer my domain (dangheorghe.com) to yola for a few weeks now, however I am still not able to see the domain my yola account. However when checking the WHOIS it appears as registered to Yola. I've tried to contact the person at support@yola.com, who helped me with the transfer (ref:00DAJYna.500F8ROib:ref) however I got no answer!

Hello Dg,
I am sorry you have had such a bad experience.
I have looked into it myself and your domain dangheorghe.com has been transferred to your account and should be accessible to you.
If you need any further assistance, please let me know.

Hi dg
The subject of your post concerned me because we want to ensure that all our customers receive timely support.
I therefore looked up your case in our system and I see that the last response on the case was from Stacey, one of our support reps. Please let us know if you received this response. As she indicated, this process sometimes takes time and I think this is why you could only access your domain today.

Hi Dan,
I am happy to hear that your domain transfer email was successfully sent. In looking at your account, I can see that your domain transfer was initiated on November 10th. Domains may take up to 12 days to transfer, meaning you potentially still have a few days left to wait.
If you have any further questions, please let us know and we will gladly assist you.
Kind regards,
Stacey

Hello,
I haven't received this reply. I presume that it was sent to dg@dangheorghe.com which I wasn't able to acces as the domain was being transfered.
However I mentioned this in my email, and expected to receive it on the email from which I sent my question.
