i just purchased a domain name through yola and it will not let me publish pages and it says the domain name is still available.

An email was definitely sent to you and this is what it contained (you may want to check your junkmail folder):

During your domain purchase, a technical failure occurred while communicating with our domain registration partner.

In these cases, although the authorization has been approved, we do not put the charge through. Unfortunately PayPal's email notification service is no longer working which is why you're getting an email from us directly.

The transaction has been canceled, the PayPal reference is 83192284JL606622S. Please go ahead and purchase the domain again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The email was sent to you just over 25 hours ago.
