Domain Renewal Help

I have a client who needs help renewing her domain - there seems to be an issue when she tries to renew it. Is there a phone number she can call to speak to a tech specialist?

Hi MKB,

I'm sorry to hear there are problems with the domain renewal - please ask your client to send us an email (support@yola.com) and mark it for my attention (Marije). I will help her as quickly as I can (we don't currently have phone support).

Please could she remember to include the domain name she is trying to renew and what is going wrong when she tries to renew it.

Thanks MKB - I've received that email and I had already answered the one she'd sent a short while ago. I'm sure we'll be able to sort it out quickly.
