Domain renewal still pending!

Hi. I recently renewed my Yola Bronze subscription & my domain www.petsnakecare.net on 18th April using Paypal. The subscription has been renewed succesfully but the domain renewal including private registration (£19.90 total) is still 'pending' according to your site & my Paypal account. I am a bit concerned as my domain expires today. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Baz,

There doesn't seem to be Yola staff around taking care of accounts at this time.

Can you buy your domain online through the Domain facility? If so I would go ahead and do that otherwise your site will be pulled from being published. It will be redeemable after if it's paid within a grace period.

OK I will try that now, but will keep an eye to make sure i am not charged twice as my original payment from the 18th is still pending in my Paypal account.

There are discrepancies with the account modules. I think your best bet is to send an email to support@yola.com and simply direct them to this thread rather than going through a difficult explanation of what is and what is still showing. I think they will be able to sort this out pretty quickly. Just keep an eye on your credit/bank account as that will be the definitive indicator.

I'm glad your domain is renewed anyhow. It was also very good that you picked it up before it crashed, well done! You won't have to worry about that aspect.

Thanks Laura. I have received an e-mail from Stacey in support. The problem has been forwarded to engineers so they can correct the glitch that's causing the pending status to still appear in my account & they will let me know when sorted. The domain HAS been renewed though so thats the main thing. Thanks all for your help.
