If you need support from Yola please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
According to the www.domainz.in website, you are able to point your domain name to another web host such as SynthaSite. I'm sorry, but I don't have an account with them, and am unable to access their control panel to see.
These are general instructions on how to configure your domain to point to SynthaSite. If you require specific help with the interface of your domain name registrar, please contact them for support.
How to configure a domain name you already own:
1. Log in to your chosen domain registrar
2. Go to the DNS Management page, if you can't find that, see if you can find something that says Domain Name Management, or something similar, it may even say A Records, I'm not familiar with the interface of your domain name registrar to be able to tell you what to look for.
3. Set up an A Record
4. The IP address of your record must point to: "126.96.36.199"
Please note that it can take up to 48 hours (although usually less) for these changes to take effect and you need to contact your domain registrar if you need help in that regard.
I see that domainz.in have an email box on their site where you are able to email them. It may be worth your while to try asking them for support in this regard.
Please get back to us if you have any difficulty in this.
