domain transfer snafu

I started a domain transfer today, my domain is registered with yahoo. Followed the tutorial and changed the admin email to one I'm using. Just went back to check and make sure the changes went through, they didn't so changed the email again. How do I find out if opensrs tried to send me an email that went to the wrong address? If it did go to the wrong address is there anyway to get them to send it again?

Can you please check the Spam or Junkmail folders of your e-mail accounts first to make sure that you haven't overlooked the e-mail by OpenSRS? If you can't find it anywhere in your e-mail accounts, please come back to us. Thanks.

I checked the spam and junk folders of my 2 email accounts and there's no email from OpenSRS. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi greta,

Am I correct in understanding that you are transferring to Yola? If so, you will need to contact your current registrar to verify the email associated with your domain. We can reinitiate your transfer for you once you have that information sorted.

If you are transferring away from Yola, please submit a request to support here with your domain name and we'll assist you from there.

Yes you are correct I'm transferring to Yola, I've verified the admin email and gotten my authorization code so please redo the transfer. Thanks for your help.

I've also unlocked my domain and it's public now.

The e-mail from OpenSRS to authorise them for transferring your domain was sent to your e-mail address greta@gretascollectibles.com on 5 July 2012. We have resent it to this address today. Can you please check if you received this e-mail in your greta@gretascollectibles.com account?
